Life’s Latest Happenings

It’s been a few days and I thought it best to update.

Well I just got out of the hospital (again) and this trip was pretty uneventful, with the exception of a non-listening tech but hey she paid for it.

In other news I’m currently working on a new blog…some of ya’ll might know about it or if not now you will. A small group of women from the Avon Message Board have put her minds together and decided to start a blog for all of us unpublished authors. Currently I have a few guest bloggers (avon authors) lined up, which should be fun. Right now I just need to finish the design before I launch the blog but I hope ya’ll will drop by and let me know what you think.

Hmm what else…think..think…think..

Oh yeah I talked with my kids this weekend and they seem to be doing wonderful. My son was a bleeding skeleton for Halloween, I’m thinking this would be most interesting. My daughter dressed up but says trick-or-treating isnt as much fun for a teen (she’s 13). Not because she has outgrown the fun of dressing up but she said most adults arent as wowed and withold the candy. If I know anything about my kids I know that the lack of candy will never hamper their joy in dressing up and having fun on the holidays (this comes from me, who happens to adore all holidays).

The bad news… My normal laptop has broken a bone. The place where you plug the powercord in at has broken away from the motherboard. Now to all you non-tech people this means my pc wont charge even when plugged in. So I’m having to use a different pc…two in fact. I hate this. Mostly because my laptop is almost a member of my family and it feels as if I’m cheating on it when I use a different one. Plus it has all my favorite files (including my book). I think I’ve found the worlds best reason for avoiding the book.

Which brings me to more stuff…why is it when you cant get to something you want to use it or have it??

Since my pc is down and I cant get to my book I want to write more than ever. Is this some sort of cruel joke?? My muse has been on vacation for some time now and now that I cant get to my chapters suddenly I’m hit with the writing bug.

Now this brings me to what sparked my muse. Last night my husband and I were “being close” *for the pervs this isnt what you think..think more cuddling type stuff* and he put his hand on my neck, moving his hand gently until he was cupping my chin, while kissing me. Ok now I’ve read this moment in tons of romance novels but all I can say is wow!! It not only sparked my writing fires but other feelings as well. BTW I’m going to leave this story off here since I want to keep this pg-13 haha.

Anyhow hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving, if I don’t post before then (which I should).
