You know it’s always hard to come up with a really great bio for one’s self. If you write too formal it’s boring, if you write too lax then people think you aren’t serious.

Oh to find a happy medium.

For starters I grew up mostly in Texas, despite having been born in California. Only recently did I move, with my husband and *now* 8 cats, to Louisiana. I’m not exactly thrilled to be here, but that is a whole other rant. But we must make due with what we have right? I’m over the age of 30 and have found a few gray hairs, but I do not intend on hiding them, instead I plan on wearing them with pride! Shockingly, I survived my teenage years even though I was the eldest girl, but 3rd from the bottom in my family of 7 children.  We were, in a sense, the Brady Bunch. It was, to say the least, interesting.

Now days, I spend way too much time online doing website designs and attempting to finish one of my many manuscripts. I can often be found hiding out at Romance Divas or Candice Hern’s message board. A few years back I created a group for aspiring authors, then known as Romantically Inclined. Little did I know that it happened to be a porn site. Which could explain why we sometimes had some very interesting commenters. So my little group hopped off the blogger trail and decided on a new name, Romantic Inks, and bought a domain. So we didn’t have to deal with porn site left overs any longer. This past December RI celebrated it’s 2nd year online! Yay!

Currently I’m hard at work designing websites, writing and chasing down cats. I love hearing from other aspiring authors or endearing fans. Don’t laugh! I do have some and no they aren’t related to me. If you would like to contact me, I have a handy contact form that helps me weed out the spam.
